Ilp is awesome, that's what!
Ilp is a program that sends young adults ages 18-25 to six countries across the globe to teach English to children of all ages. The countries to choose from are Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Mexico, Thailand, and China. Volunteers go to a country and live in dorms or with a host family for 4-6 months, teaching for 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week. The rest of the time, volunteers explore the city they live in, attend culture classes, and on weekends and holidays travel the country! Although teaching is difficult and living in a foreign is scary, it is a great experience to serve and live in a new country.
